đ˛ Terms & Conditions 1. Definitions Service: Inclusive of on-demand passenger rides and parcel delivery within Tangail using our bike fleet. User: Any registered individual using the platformâfor rides or deliveries. Parcel/Courier Partner: Rider contracted to provide transportation or delivery services via our app.
Rides or deliveries are accepted based on availability and rider discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any hazardous, illegal, or improperly packaged items
Customers must ensure parcels are securely packed to withstand handling .
Prohibited items include: flammables, perishables (unless pre-arranged), narcotics, weapons, and other goods deemed illegal .
Estimated delivery/rides are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to traffic, weather, or technical issues .
For time-sensitive deliveries, express or same-day options may be arranged at additional cost .
Our liability for lost, damaged, or delayed parcels is limited to actual declared value, unless separately insured .
Customers assume responsibility for adequate insurance for high-value consignments.
All riders must hold a valid driving license and adhere to local traffic laws .
Riders are trained in professional conduct, and personal hygiene and must treat customers and parcels with care
Both riders and users must follow our in-app safety and privacy protocols at all times.
Provide accurate addresses, contact info, and proper labeling for pickups and deliveries .
Be present (or arrange an authorized recipient) for pickups/deliveries or incur redelivery charges.
Report losses, damages, or claims within 7 days after delivery .
Fares and delivery charges are based on distance, time, weight, and service type.
Additional fees apply for express/same-day delivery, failed delivery attempts, or premium services .
All payments are due via the app at booking or upon delivery.
Cancellations must be made before dispatch; otherwise, cancellation fees may apply.
Any changes (route/time/recipient) post-booking may incur additional charges.
We are not liable for service disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, traffic blockages, government restrictions, etc.
All user and parcel information is treated as confidential. We do not disclose personal or shipment details unless legally required just go ride.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and all disputes will be subject to Tangail courts.
We may update these T&Cs at any time. Changes take effect upon posting via the app or website.
